Impressive rooms complete with the hot tub as well as an updated toilet, superfriendly staff.

The personnel was very very helpful. Hotel's location was convenient, also near the airport. What's more, it was near restaurants/cafes, great restaurants, especially 40 Steaks and Seafood and one outlet.

There was lift to be added.

Had very relaxing stay for the price. Our rooms were impressive and updated with the hot tub and hard to set down on, for example. The most important was the staff - helpful and efficient people. The location was marvellous, not too far from State Capitol

booked a room with a big spa tub.

Front desk staff was friendly. The pool and location were pluses.

We were very disappointed in the size of the room and the smell of the room. We had to request and iron/board as it was not provided with the room. The microwave did not work.

The experience from the time we got there till the time we left was first class

Our room smelled like stale smoke, in a non-smoking facility, and the bed was not made.

Front desk staff at check in was extremely pleasant and kind.

I asked for clean sheets and towels after my service dog jumped into bed with muddy paws, it was after the housekeeping had left and they told me there were NO CLEAN SHEETS in the hotel after they left. The next morning when housekeeping came in, the bed was made with the same obviously DIRTY sheets. We checked out early due to the apauling housekeeping practices.

There was nice hot breakfasts with bacon, the eggs was real and more meat. The location was good, also near the airport.

The pool area was clean, and having fresh linens was a nice touch. Our spacious room was well appointed, including a microwave and coffee accessories.

The tv didn't work and I wasn't offered a discount.

Need to fix the floor level ice machine has been broke for more than several months

We had a really fun time at Gateway to Science, a hit with my two teens! It was educational and entertaining for all of us. The comfortable beds after a long day were great.

My children wanted better breakfast options, as the selection was limited.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only issue was that the room I was given was very small, but that could have changed if I asked for a bigger room, I just felt I paid too much for such a small room.
